I’m on my way to walk 100 000 km, my true life mission! During this walk my missions are to get 1000 people walking, remove 1000 000 pieces of litter out of nature and to plant 10 000 trees.

Walking is the best medicine for me!
Synthetic medication, drugs, alchohol, a poisoned society, processed food, addictional behavior and depressive thoughts don’t do the job for me!
I want to share my journey with you and be the bridge between thinking and doing for you, me and others!

MY WALKING ROUTE
I walk because I like it and because it is the best medicine for me. I also like to help myself, you and others by sharing my experiences. I have a life mission and that is to walk 100 000 km. One reason is because it is a long distance so I have to keep going to reach it and another reason is that it sounds awesome to do! So I have enough time to reach my other goals in life and in the meanwhile I try to enjoy life as much as I can. I decided after each period of walking where and when I want to walk next. Everything comes to me the way it comes.
